What to write down

Keep it boring: a date, what happened, where. Three lines over four weeks tell you more than a memory does, and they make the decision at day thirty easy instead of emotional.
- Day 1: what you saw before anything changed.
- Day 7: where the animal chooses to sit or sleep.
- Day 14: how many incidents this week, compared with the first.
- Day 30: the decision. Keep it, refill it, or write to us.
