What happens after you order.
You get an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Orders that mix both warehouses get two numbers.
Address wrong? Write to hello@pheroniapets.com within a few hours of ordering and we can usually still change it.
Parcel marked delivered but missing? Give it 24 hours, check with neighbours, then write to us — we will not leave you with it.
