What we sell, and what we do not claim
Pheronia sells calming products for cats and dogs that work with synthetic pheromone analogues. They are everyday comfort products for the home. They are not medicines, they are not veterinary medicinal products, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition in an animal or in a person. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice.
If your pet is unwell, suddenly changes behaviour, stops eating, or stops using the litter box, please see a veterinarian. A sudden change is a medical question until a vet says otherwise, and no product on this site is a substitute for that visit.
Research we cite
Where we refer to studies, we are referring to independent research into synthetic pheromone analogues as a category. Those studies were not run on our products, and we do not claim their results as ours. We link the published papers, including the ones that found no effect, so that you can read them yourself.
Images
Some of the photography and illustration on this site is produced with AI image tools and is labelled where it appears. Those images show the product and the situations it is made for. They are not photographs of a particular customer's home or pet, and packaging, colour and small details of the item you receive can differ from an illustration.
Prices, descriptions and availability
We keep prices, descriptions and stock information as accurate as we can, but errors happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or described incorrectly, we may correct it, and we may cancel an affected order and refund it in full before it ships. If that ever happens to your order, we will write to you and explain.
